Living Costs & Housing

The School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences is located on the South Campus in northeast Buffalo, while other University departments, including Biological Sciences, are located on the North Campus, 3 miles from the Health Science Center. A University shuttle service between the campuses allows for easy commuting. A separate residence hall for graduate students is available as are new graduate student apartments on the North Campus. The University Student Affairs Office assists in locating moderately priced off-campus accommodations. Generally students live anywhere from 15 miles to walking distance from the South Campus. Living costs in Buffalo are considerable lower than those in many urban areas.BuffaloApartments.com
