Kaleida Health System
The Kaleida Health System combines the services and resources of Buffalo General Hospital (BGH), Women and Children's Hospital, DeGraff Memorial Hospital and the Millard Fillmore Hospitals-Gates Circle and Suburban. 

BUFFALO GENERAL HOSPITAL
Since 1858, BGH has served as a major non-profit teaching hospital for the School of Medicine.  It contains 23 clinical inpatient department and 60 outpatient programs including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, and kidney and heart transplantation.  BGH has a large Community Mental Health Center (CMHC) which serves as a teaching site for both residents and medical students.  Its inpatient program includes a medical-psychiatry unit.  The CMHC is the primary site for the 12-month outpatient rotation, as well as the ECT rotation and various electives.  Outpatient programs include a partial hospitalization program, continuing day treatment, a Mentally-Ill Chemical Abuser (MICA) program, case management services, as well as individual and group psychotherapy. 

CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF BUFFALO
Founded in 1892, Women and Children's Hospital is the regional center for comprehensive, specialized pediatric and women's health services for Western New York.  The hospital has 45 subspecialty clinics including neonatal intensive care, cystic fibrosis services, diabetic care, and child and adolescent psychiatry. 
Within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division are University Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic, Consultation-Liaison Services, Therapeutic Preschool, Pediatric Psychopharmacology Clinic, Developmental Disabilities Clinic and Psychoendocrinology Clinic.  During the Child Psychiatry rotation, residents spend a portion of their time at the Child and Adolescent outpatient clinic.

MILLARD FILLMORE HOSPITAL
Millard Fillmore Hospital (MFH) Gates Circle was established in 1872.  The hospital has earned a reputation for advanced service in cardiac care, urology, neurology and hyperbaric services.  It is also a leader in back and spine rehabilitation. 
This facility is noteworthy for its state of the art imaging center with CT, MRI and PET facilities.  Psychiatry residents rotate through this facility for family medicine and neurology rotations during their PGY-1 year and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry during the PGY-2 or PGY-4 year.  Elective rotations in sleep medicine, neuroimaging or neurology may be done here.
