Community-wide Grand Rounds are held every Friday morning in Alford Auditorium at The Women Children's Hospital of Buffalo at 8:00 AM.

Additionally, Pediatric Residents have daily "lunch-time lectures" in Alford Auditorium every Monday through Wednesday from 11:30AM to 12:30PM.

Clinical Case Conference is held each Thursday morning at 8:00 AM, and involves the presentation of a case selected by the Pediatric Chief Residents, followed by differential diagnoses & discussion.  The second Thursday of each month will be devoted to Morbidity & Mortality Conference.
