| CASE 3 67 y/o man presents with three months of increasing R foot pain and swelling after tripping and twisting foot. Ambulates with a cane secondary to foot pain. Denies weight loss, fevers, hemopytisis, hematochezia, hematuria, hematochezia. PMH/PSH: Asbestos exposure, herniorraphy Soc: Quit smoking in 1993, worked as a mill wright in a steel plant for 20 years PE: TTP w erythema, swelling at middle of mid and forefoot, palpable mass near 2nd MT, no palp LAN, neurovasc intact |
