72 year old man left upper arm mass x1 month, accompanied by worsening, constant, dull, minimal pain and tenderness. No injury

4 +7 year old girl c/o a bump just above the left elbow
11/08 had similar painless bump resolved before it was evaluated

5+1 year old boy c/o severe left shin pain x1 month
Langerhan's Cell Histiocytosis/Histiocytosis X/ EG

Case 13
HPI: 80 year old man w/ h/o tumor removed from right forearm in 2002, 2006, and 2008 now states "since last surgery, one bump stayed and one bump went away"
