| - University Sports Medicine is the leading team of orthopaedic surgeons, primary care sports medicine specialists, physical therapists and athletic trainers in western New York. |
| - The Orthopaedic Research Laboratory (currently involved in projects with knee, hip, and bone biomechanics) is dedicated to the basic science investigation of practical problems in orthopaedic surgery.

| - The University Sports Medicine/University at Buffalo Concussion Clinic provides an exercise based treatment for individuals suffering from post concussion syndrome. |
| - The Cartilage Restoration Center offers treatment of knee disorders involving the injury and aging of articular cartilage. |
