Transcript Requests for Current Medical Students

Current medical students can request transcripts free of charge.
The School of Medicine will issue unofficial medical school transcripts to the student. Official transcripts cannot be distributed to the student but the OME will send official transcript to outside agencies.

Requests must be made in writing and should include the following information:

• Name
• Class
• Indicate if request is for an Official or Unofficial transcript
• Name and address of person(s) to receive the transcript(s)

* Please allow 2-5 working days for processing your request. Processing time may vary depending on the time of year and volume of requests, so it is advisable to send in your request at least one week in advance of your deadline.
