Application

A money order payable to the University at Buffalo for $65.00
to cover the application processing fee will be requested by us
after we receive your application from AMCAS. The processing procedure
cannot begin until the fee is received. It is important to print
your name and AMCAS ID number on the money order. Personal checks
are not accepted.
Credentials
When AMCAS has completed its processing procedures, the applicant
is sent a Transmittal Notification indicating the schools to which
applications have been sent. Upon receipt of the AMCAS application,
our Admissions Office will acknowledge receipt and further explain
our procedures in our supplemental application.
Transcripts
AMCAS procedures require applicants to submit all official
transcripts directly to AMCAS for verification. The application
materials forwarded to the Medical School by AMCAS contain the
verified academic record and we consider this record sufficient
for our purposes and do not wish applicants to forward transcripts

of submitting additional transcripts and then only final official
transcripts for inclusion in his/her Medical School student file.
