Desktop Client Install

1. Double click on cal_win_1012.exe and follow install dialog

2. After installed open the desktop client

3. Click on the "Other" button, this opens the Connection Manager

4. In the Connection Manager click on the "New" button, the Connection Editor will open up

5. In the Connection Editor enter a name for the connection such as "SMBS Calendar" 

6. in the Server box enter "smbscal.med.buffalo.edu", then click on the Lookup button, this will open the Connection Configuration dialog

7. In the Connection Configuration dialog make sue the "Configure at login from user name" is checked and then click on NO

8.  This will bring you back to the Connection Editor where you will click on "OK" , which brings you back to Connection Manager

9. In Connection Manager highlight the name of your new SMBS Calendar connection and click on the "Make Default" button. 

10. Then click "OK"

11. You can the enter your user name and password to start the Desktop Client.
