Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital is a 201 bed community hospital located in Amherst, one of Western New York’s fastest growing suburbs. Opened in 1974, the hospital offers services in emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, general surgery and many surgery specialties such as urology, otolaryngology, and orthopedics, internal medicine, and many medical subspecialties, family practice, and geriatrics. Millard Fillmore Gates Circle is an 189-bed acute care medical center located near Delaware Park in Buffalo. A major affiliate of the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, Millard Fillmore Gates Circle offers treatment in a wide spectrum of clinical inpatient departments and outpatient programs. Specialized programs include world class neurological and stroke care services, in-patient geriatric hospitalization services, outpatient geriatric care services, cardiac and orthopedic surgery, cardiac catheterization, lithotripsy and urology, gastroenterology, a long-term and sub acute short-term skilled nursing facility, cardiac rehabilitation and rehabilitation medicine.

The Women & Children's Hospital is the Western New York regional center for specialized pediatric care and women's health services.
