The clinical research has been focused on outcomes research and has received funding from NIH, national, and local foundations. The research has been conducted solely within the Division or with local or national collaborators. The research includes investigations into:

• Behavior programs to improve outcomes of CHF

• Management of nursing home-acquired pneumonia
