Patient Care/Clinical Service
Through the respective
fellowship training programs, the
Division operates active outpatient
clinics in allergy and immunology
and rheumatology. Specific clinical
expertise is provided for the management
of patients with allergies, asthma,
allergic skin conditions, and primary
immunodeficiency disorders. Together
with the Department of Neurology,
the Division provides consultation
for the treatment of patients with
autoimmune neuromuscular diseases.
Consultation for other autoimmune
diseases such as lupus, vasculitis,
rheumatoid arthritis, and glomerulonephropaties
is shared among both the Allergy
and Immunology and Rheumatology Fellowship
Programs.
