Welcome to the University at Buffalo, Department of Dermatology website and thank you for your interest in our department. It is a very exciting time to be part of the UB Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences with construction of the new medical school on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus located in downtown Buffalo. The new medical education building slated for completion in early 2017 is 650,000 square feet of space, and is the largest medical education building under construction in the nation.
Our Department continues to flourish in the new medical education environment with a robust basic and translational research laboratory, a clinical trials unit, a strong educational program for medical students and residents, a growing clinical practice which allows us to offer the highest level of dermatologic care to the WNY community.
