Eric Stimson

Research Technician

Mr. Stimson has been employed at the University at Buffalo (SUNY) since November 2001.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintenance of CRESE website.

• Develop experimental setups and protocols.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data.

• Coordinate internal and external developmental efforts.

• Assist in reporting research efforts.

• Assist in computer design and selection for data acquisition.

• Coordinate CIT related support

Participation:

• Support research effort during university-industry visits.

• Test-subject for design and testing of Diver Thermal Protection System.

• Test-subject for Respiratory Muscle Training of Divers

• Design and testing of battery systems for Diver Thermal Protection.

• Design and testing of backpack circulation system for Diver Thermal Protection.

• Safety diver for various Respiratory Muscle Training experiments.

• Technical support of Endurance vs. Strength Training of Divers' Respiratory Muscles

• Test-subject for altitude related studies

• Safety tender for altitude related studies

• Technical support of well elderly studies

• Technical support of MS related studies

• B.S. Physical Therapy, University at Buffalo (2001)

•  NAUI SCUBA certification.
• ARC Life guarding/First Aid/AED/O2 Administration certification.
