The Synergy is a multi-mode 96-well microplate reader
capable of absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence measurements. Dual
microliter injectors permit kinetic time course experiments combined temperature
and plate shaking control. Kinetic and end point measurements can be
multiplexed so that absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence data can be in
obtained from each well.
The absorbance wavelength range is
300 to 650 nm.
Fluorescence excitation
wavelengths are 360/40, 485/20, 530/25 and 590/20 nm.
Fluorescence emission wavelengths
are 460/40, 528/20, 590/35 and 645/40 nm.
