Knowledge of anatomy is essential for physicians, dentists and other health related professionals. The demand for bodies for teaching this essential information is great. Therefore, medical schools across the country are having to depend on the generosity of citizens to make their bodies available for this necessary education.

This site will provide information for those who wish to donate their bodies for anatomical studies and medical research at the State University of New York at Buffalo.The Anatomical Gift Program is an non-profit program operated for the benefit of the Western New York Community.

The program is funded by the University at Buffalo. Individuals who would like to donate their bodies can do so at no cost to their estate.
