For your convenience, another copy of the submission form is attached to guide you in sending your materials to the Society's Central Office. Please let us know if you have any questions (phone: 202/462-6688, fax: 202/462-9740, or e-mail: baw@sfn.org). We have received some wonderful report materials from BAW project organizers including photos (we can never have enough!), press clips, proclamations, and thank-you notes from young neuroscience enthusiasts. We look forward to sharing these items with you in the report, due out this summer. BAW MEETING IN LOS ANGELES We are in the process of planning the Society's third annual Brain Awareness Campaign meeting, which will take place during the Annual Meeting in Los Angeles. Mark your calendars for Sunday, November 8, 4:30-6:30 p.m. As you know, this meeting is an important opportunity for event organizers to exchange ideas on their BAW experiences and pick up tips from colleagues for next year's program. Because this meeting is for the benefit of BAW participants, we would very much appreciate your input on what topics you would like to see covered at this year's event and any other suggestions you might have to help us plan an effective agenda. Please forward your comments to my attention. We look forward to hearing your thoughts. We will be in touch with further details on the meeting as November approaches. Sincerely, Judith Hittman Communications Director judy@sfn.org P.S. BAW 1999 will take place March 15-21. It's never to early to start planning! _______________________________________________________________________________ 1998 BAW REPORT INSTRUCTIONS 1.
