Audit and Compliance Committee

This Committee consists of three members, currently chaired by Ms. Amanda Marshall. The Committee shall have the following responsibilities:

• Corporate compliance for UBA
• Quarterly review of UBA financial results
• Coordination of annual audit by Brock, Schechter & Polakoff, LLP
