
- Students must pick up their caps and gowns at the University Bookstore, North Campus between Monday, May 9 and Wednesday, May 18 (noon).
- After that they will only be available one hour before graduation at the CFA. They must be returned immediately following the ceremony.
- Following the ceremony, cabs and gowns must be dropped off in the CFA robbing room.

- Students should arrive at the Center for the Arts (CFA) at 1pm and proceed to the basement for robing, instructions and line-up.
- Auditorium doors open at 1pm for guests.
- Seating is first come, first served. Handicap seating and assistance is available by asking an usher.

- There are no tickets and no limits on the number of guests you can invite to the ceremony.

- The ceremony usually lasts two hours or less.
- A reception will immediately follow in the atrium beginning at approximately 4pm.
