DOWNLOAD - Ion Channel Analysis Softwares

Welcome to download our programs for ion channel analysis! Two separate versions are now available, one called IcE (ion channel explorer), and the other QuB (Q-matrix at UB). They are basically identical in terms of the underlying algorithms. But they differ in the way they look as well as many accessory features. Historically, QuB came into being priori to IcE and integrated our earlier programs known as PRE, SKM, MIL and MPL. If you have been a fan of QuB, you may stick to it. IcE is more recently developed, with an interface similar tob Axon's pClamp8. If you are familiar to pClamp8, you may try IcE. It can read and write abf files directly.

The programs are outcome of many years of research efforts supported by NIH. Our purpose is to make it as a useful toolkit for the general scientific community. If you use the programs extensively in your data analysis, we ask you to cite our papers. If you have any suggestion and feedback, please let us know. We want to make the programs more generally useable.

Downloads: (IcE includes some common system Dlls, but you may need additional ones depending on your system.)
